Meghan Markle will no longer attend a glitzy Los Angeles museum gala this Saturday, after organisers pulled the plug amid violent street clashes and a National Guard deployment.
The Duchess of Sussex had been set to appear at the Night of Wonder gala at LA’s Natural History Museum on June 14, where she was due to be honoured for her work with women and underserved communities.
But with the city on edge and protests spiralling, the event has been postponed — and Meghan’s high-profile appearance scrapped.
