Shadow paymaster general Richard Holden “is convinced” Rachel Reeves will raise taxes this year.
He tells Talk’s Mike Graham: “The Government are in a death spiral. They put up taxes, which reduces growth, which means they’ve got to borrow more money, which means the interest on the borrowing goes up.”
