Talk reporter Nick Ellerby is live at London’s Gatwick Airport and joins Mike Graham on Morning Glory to give an update on Air India flight AI171 that crashed shortly after take off at Ahmedabad airport in India with 242 passengers and crew on board.
Air India confirmed that one person survived of the 242 people on board, who seemingly walked away from the wreckage with only cuts and bruises.
Investigations are underway to establish how the crash happened.
Nick says, “We’ve had quite a lot of passengers probably have heightened concerns about flying, coming up to us asking what’s happened.”
